蛇形弹簧疲劳试验机用于测试沙发及家具坐垫的弹簧框架及弹簧包和弹簧坐垫的耐久性和承受力。可按预设定之压力条件进行重复按压测试，周期可预设定，到数自动停止。本机专为沙发弹簧框架和弹簧包，海绵而设计的测试仪器，它可满足以下三种测试要求：耐久性测试可按预设定之压力条件进行重复按压测试，周期可预设定，到数自动停止；压缩量程与压力关系检测按预设定行程下压， 到位停止。在压力表上读取该行程的弹簧力， 在显示屏上则显示行程值；特定压力下弹簧压缩量检测压板下压至设定压力后停止，显示屏上显示该压力值的压缩行程长度。
