电磁激振式曲轴疲劳试验机主要由电控系统、机械谐振系统两大部分构成。
The crankshaft fatigue testing machine with electromagnetic excitation is mainly composed of electric control system and mechanical resonance system.
电控系统主要由功率放大器、函数发生器、计数器、动静态电阻应变仪等构成。 机械谐振系统主要由激振器、龙门架、振动摆体等构成。
The electric control system is mainly composed of power amplifier, function generator, counter, dynamic and static resistance strain gauge. The mechanical resonance system is mainly composed of vibration exciter, gantry and vibration pendulum.
工作原理
working principle
函数发生器发出指定频率和指定幅度的正弦波,驱动功率放大器使激振器产生振动波形,机械谐振系统随之产生振动,调整函数发生器发出的频率至系统的共振频率,即进入正常的工作状态。操作人员根据共振频率下降的情况来判断曲轴的破坏情况。
The function generator sends out sine wave with specified frequency and specified amplitude, drives the power amplifier to make the vibration waveform generated by the vibration exciter, and then the mechanical resonance system will vibrate. Adjust the frequency from the function generator to the resonance frequency of the system, that is, it will enter the normal working state. The operator can judge the damage of crankshaft according to the decrease of resonance frequency.

Basic Requirements
使用该种设备进行试验时,试验样品必须是独立的曲拐单元,试验时通过夹具夹在两主轴颈上。
When using this kind of equipment to test, the test sample must be an independent crank unit, which is clamped on the two main journal through the fixture.
