万能材料试验机操作规程
Operating procedures of universal material testing machine
1. 接上电源，待系统进入待机界面。
1. Connect the power supply and wait for the system to enter the standby interface.
2. 按“检测键” ，根据系统显示，选择相应的试验类型。
2. Press the "detection key" and select the corresponding test type according to the system display.
3. 按相应数字键，再按确认键，进入万能材料试验机测试系统；在当前对话框 中输入试件标号，确认并保存标号；然后进入品种编号的选择界面，根据系 统显示，输入试件个数，确认并保存；输入试验品种编号选择试验材料品种， 按确认键，则系统显示“测试系统对话框” 在当前对话框中输入材料品种 ， 编号，按确认键，在系统显示的对话框中输入试件直径（或试件面积） ，确认， 进入检测界面。
3. Press the corresponding number key, and then press the confirm key to enter the test system of universal material testing machine; input the sample label number in the current dialog box, confirm and save the label number; then enter the variety number selection interface, input the number of test pieces according to the system display, confirm and save; input the test variety number to select the test material variety, Press the confirm key, the system will display the "test system dialog box". In the current dialog box, enter the material variety and number. Press the confirm key to input the diameter (or area) of the test piece in the dialog box displayed by the system. Confirm and enter the test interface.
4. 打开电机开关，加荷开始，同时观察力值（或位移、峰值）及速率，按下量 程键切换力值量程。
4. Turn on the motor switch, start loading, observe the force value (or displacement, peak value) and speed, and press the range key to switch the force range.
5. 当试件断裂后，试验完成，自动打印试验数据。
