曲轴的润滑主要是指与摇臂间轴瓦的润滑和两头固定点的润滑. 这个一般都是压力润滑的,曲轴中间会有油道和各个轴瓦相通,发动机运转以后靠机油泵提供压力供油进行润滑、降温。
The lubrication of the crankshaft mainly refers to the lubrication of the bearing bush between the crankshaft and the rocker arm and the lubrication of the fixed points at both ends. This is generally pressure lubrication. There is an oil passage in the middle of the crankshaft connected with each bearing bush. After the engine runs, the oil pump provides pressure oil for lubrication and cooling.

在发动机实际运行过程中,曲轴所承受的载荷主要是弯曲/扭转复合载荷,弯曲疲劳破坏是曲轴失效的最常见形式。而在发动机输出功率较大、曲轴承受扭矩较大的情况下,扭转疲劳破坏则成为主要失效形式。因此无论是在产品开发阶段还是在生产检验阶段 ,都要求对曲轴的疲劳性能进行检验。

However, when the output power of the engine is large and the torque of the crankshaft is large, the torsional fatigue failure becomes the main failure mode. Therefore, whether in the product development stage or in the production inspection stage, it is required to inspect the fatigue performance of crankshaft.
